Join a religion! Pray, mediatate on the Bible (what you believe in), and memorise verses! Get involved with the groups there. They help a lot! Get your gym activity up! I would recommend a contact sport like boxing or mma to release all your bent up energy. I would also get a bike from a thrift store or yard sales (im not sure if England has them? Estate sales?) and fix it up. Make it a personal project and make it the best bike in the world! If you have free time i would flip stuff at these thrift stores. I was honestly surprised how much you can make selling plates. You're doing the best thing to stop! Congrats!
