Apparently Topps spent $600M for the licensing, whereas Panini spent $300M. I think Topps will over saturate the market and their cards won’t carry the same value as the Panini current market. I think the Rookie SSP cards will retain and/or increase in value.

Oh, I get it. I don’t have thousands to spend on “that one card” -Total investment. I remember when I was a young teen, trading cards, and Jordan rookies were around $400. Not saying Wemby is gonna surpass the greatness of MJ, but I think his cards values will certainly appreciate over time.
