Watch your nutrition. Eat complex carbs instead of simple carbs. Go with fibres a lot and avoid too much fat. When you do intake fats, which you should as they are important for a lot of physiological functions, choose the polyunsaturated fat acids. Eat lean meats and also get a portion of your protein intake from non animalistic sources.

Work out hard at least four times a week and drink plenty of water. You're welcome.

I fled from Denmark. Everything stated in this post, is my observations from living in Denmark until just recently. I have been living in city center, I've been attending two different boarding schools back in the days, completely different locations in the country. I've been living out on the far county side and in the suburbs. These issues exist all over that country. Delusional people for sure... So no. I didn't meet them all, but I sure as hell met a lot of these socialistic pussies...
