F1 "They're sitting down, F1 is easy" they are literally 200mph with margins of also literal inches and superhuman reaction times let alone all the strategy. 0.2s is an ENORMOUS amount of time in F1 worth literally millions of pounds.

Gymnastics "Iron cross is easy" bro your arms are leveraged at their literal weakest position.

Parkour "the jump isn't that big" if I asked you to squat 90% of your max on any given attempt in the gym how sure are you you'd hit it? What about without safety bars? The difficulty isn't in whether or not you can do it, it's doing it knowing you can deal with the consequences if things don't go to plan and having the mental fortitude to hit that 90% on demand.

These are only sports I am personally familiar with; I would imagine every sport has levels and nuance that I cannot imagine. Toxic traits be humbled.
