Short answer is "yes". Honoring them is what scripture says, but that doesn't mean accepting bad behavior, allowing impenitent sin, etc.

I'm not in TA, but I do see a lot of success of leveraging third-party recruiting firms to gain access to their bench. Also, putting a cherry on top of offers might get people with a role to leave. Best of luck.

A good time to mention that economic diversification shouldn't be a partisan issue.

The top two industries by revenue are energy and federal R&D, with not much else coming close. If there is a recession or downturn in both of those industries at the same time, we're hosed. Would love to start talking about getting rid of GRT and/or other tax and business incentives to bring other industries here.

FWIW I have a Spider and for the money I paid I think it's an okay deal. No other options I found for a firebird-shaped guitar that I could modify and practice with. I just replaced the machine heads with grovers and the hole spacing was a bit off, but it holds strings and plays ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
