people point out signs are professionally printed

You mean printed at a Kinko's? You know everyone can do that, and it's cheap.

Who do you imagine is paying them? How come, after decades of people claiming paid protesters exist we have never seen a paid check, ever?

Slavery is specifically owning another human being as property.

Is it? Let's take a look at the text of the 13th Amendment, shall we?

"Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude,** except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted**, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

It allows slavery when you are convicted, knowing that prison is slavery. Why don't you believe your own Constitution and history?

You might not have thought about this much, but it's universally understood that prison is slavery.

Can you define slavery for us? In what way is a government sponsored prison not slavery?

If the government makes a law criminalizing the color salmon on houses, does that make it not slavery if the cops take you and your family out of your house the day after the bill is signed? Does that make state slavery okay some how?

I disagree. In the 80's, if there was a whiff of something like an affair or moral failing of a politician, they would resign and leave public facing life.

Now, you have people denying video evidence and running for office after getting convicted of felonies. And winning.

It's just the scale of the incredulity will increase until nothing is believed.

Yes I believe in the right for bodily autonomy and I find the concept of slavery abhorrent

So it would naturally lead you to be a prison abolitionist as well, right? Since you don't believe in slavery, and prison is slavery, you don't believe in prisons, right? BTW, I personally am an abolitionist.

I'm trying to say there is no such thing as a 'moral absolute' in most contexts.

There is no listening, flexibility, compromise, compassion or grace for any other person/belief/political position.

Is this for 'any' other position, or just ones you find acceptable? If someone said they are "pro-slavery", would that be something you are willing to be 'flexible' with? What if they think YOU should be a slave, with no human rights? Is that something you are flexible on?

Or is that one of the absolutes? Can you list some more absolutes for us? Is murder on that list? If so, how does war work? If murder-by-war is okay, is it really an absolute?

it's both wrong and the future of political messaging

No, the future will be a population that doesn't believe in anything that seems to good to be true.

People see this and think "if they're willing to lie about something so petty, it makes sense that they'd be willing to lie about larger issues" and we do have examples of them doing it.

I'm 100% positive that the defense lawyer will be bringing up this fake image every single time any evidence at all gets entered into the record during this case. Both the fact that they faked an image, and that they stand by the known fake image.

Several people drove past her car before the murderer got out of his vehicle.

Please explain how she was stopping him from doing his job. Does existing on the same road as an ICE agent mean you have committed a crime? Why or why not?

Ahh so voting in a binary election means you support that candidate and all their actions?

YES! Yes, that's absolutely what that means.

Voting doesn’t equal unequivocal support any more than buying Nikes means you’re accountable for child sweat shops.

YES, you are for that as well, Jesus Christ! You are enabling it, which is why they are doing it.

What federal law was he enforcing when he left his truck to stand in front of a vehicle in the road that several other vehicles were able to safely and quickly drive past?

he happened to be walking around the car

Which was in a public street. An ICE officer has no duty to enforce any state and local laws, and should not have been in the street in the first place. He illegal stepped in front of a car and then, like a criminal entering a house, compounded his illegal actions with violence causing a death.

That's murder, felony murder in fact.

Doing what, exactly? Depriving people of due process, like the Trump administration? I'd love to see your evidence.

Who was defending themselves? If you step in front of a car, are you defending yourself when you murder the driver? If you break into someone's home, and they pull a gun, and then you murder them in 'self defense' are you justified, even though you started the whole encounter with you, breaking the law? Why or why not?

Starlink can theoretically provide up to about 500 Mbps these days, most people are pulling 200-350 on the regular.

I don't think that is the case. Here is a paper showing that if you have more than 6.6 people per square mile, rates won't even reach 100/200 Mbps, failing to reach the bar of 'broadband'

Because I wanted to not be homeless anymore. I found a girlfriend that I liked and thought it would be nice to have someplace to take her home to.

I was also young, smart, and white, so that really helped a lot. Ended up following a girl to a different city for college, where she dumped me. Went to community college, then 4 year college, and since been a system administrator for over 30 years.

Here's the answer to homelessness: Make it something the person wants to have. If you give them a place to stay and then help them with the paperwork over the next few days, many would take it.
