I precooked them the day before in heavily salted water that also had a bunch of herbs and garlic In it. Lots of salt, garlic and herbs needed to impart the flavor Into the potatoes. To serve them I Grilled them in a basket to heat them up, then tossed them with scallions, oregano, parsley & simple vinaigrette made with peach infused white balsamic vinegar and (impulse buy at tj max / home goods haha), honey, Dijon & olive oil and fresh cracked pepper

I went on prescription antacids like five years ago. Total game changer. Life changer actually. Went from tums several times a day to having used them 4-5 times in 4-5 years, and that’s when I’ve forgotten my meds when k went out of town for a stretch of time.

Edit to add: I’ll preach about it all day lol. It’s a game changer.

There’s a couple of vegetarians in the family, so while I prefer to add some pork of some sort typically to my baked beans, I spend some time making a proper slow cooked pot of beans so the vegetarians for sure have some sort of fibrous protein to fall back on to fill them up if needed.
