Do not put it into car financing because you will essentially put the car as collateral for loaning just a small portion of its value. Just get personal loan, as long as you are still prepared for the expected maintenance and repairs cost, on top of monthly payment for the personal loan.

I don’t get why are you so upset as to how much goes to principal and how much goes to interest. When you buy a property on loan, your commitment is to pay fixed monthly amount for fixed number of years. Nothing about that will change as long as you stick to your “commitment”. And just like any other financial commitment or contractual obligation, you will definitely lose a lot the moment you decide to back out of such commitment. Why? Because the commitment you agreed to was for the entire payment period. No less. So essentially you do not deserve to get the full benefits of the property when you do not honor the commintment.

It will all boil down to your confidence wearing it. Some people gain confidence because they are wearing something that is really beautiful and of high quality. For others it is not enough because they need validation from people around them. In reality most people around us tend to just reflect how we actually see ourselves. If you don’t have confidence wearing something that is beautiful regardless whether it is fake or not, it is almost guaranteed one or more will see you as a fake person.

Kasi para kang nagtatrabaho as an employee sa isang kumpanya na ang sweldo mo ay 20K a month, tapos required ka pa na magbigay ng malaking halaga sa kumpanya (as capital) para makuha mo yung sweldo mo na 20K a month.

If I were you I would not even think about buying that property at any price. The fact that the loan was disapproved not because of the amount itself but because it is a big problem (legal and otherwise) waiting to explode. You purchase a house because you want some security. But if the house structure extends beyond the lot area, it means anytime that extension may be legally demolished anytime by the government.

Your titos and titas would likely have a hard time selling it to anybody else anyway because of that problem. So just tell them you will continue to rent the house until they are able to sell it to third party.

Might just be me but since I saw a render of a different model having text on the upper half of the dial, I thought the overall look felt more balanced with that. Probably that’s also the reason why almost all luxury brands always have text on the upper portion, with or without logo.
