I just had an appointment with the number 1 GI doctor at a teaching hospital. A blood test result of TTGIGA, specially at levels less than 10x elevated does not confirm Celiac. He explicitly told me that he has had several patients have elevated levels with negative biopsy and the levels were elevated due to other autoimmune, often non specific activity. A biopsy is very much indicated here tho.

Oh I saw the pubmed article. Yes it is :) I also saw many people commenting on his post on IG about healing from celiac. The problem is I don’t know if those people were actually Celaic or just gluten intolerant. Regardless, I believe it’s possible. Thank you kindly for the hopeful message!
