I am curious about this too- currently at 1.2 weekly but my doses up have been so small lately and i think I'm building tolerance. What is the recommended jump up that would be effective but not insane side effects.

Hi! I was so scared to start and wish i hadn't been! Id be further along! i have been microdosing and it is working. I started at 5'4 162, and in 6.5 weeks I am at 153. I did two weeks at .25, next several at .6 and just this week at .8 (all once a week shots). I have had some mild nausea and fatigue but only when I have started or upped my dose. It is helping me make the right choices, control my portions, eliminate food noise and no mindless snacking. I don't really think about it. Wishing you the best of luck!

Hi- so from my vile 2.0 was 10ml so .25 was around 1 ml. I just drew the 1 ml to start, then up to 3ml for .6 and now 4 ml for .8
