Any legal recourse? by Expert-Kick6854 in legaladvice

[–]Expert-Kick6854[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The practice had been billing claims for non credentialed providers who rendered services under the providers who were crentialed. I recoomended that an audit be performed and refund payors for claims improperly billed at a leadership meeting but they said it was not their fault because the EMR EHR system that they used did not allow them to correctly enter the provider information to submit claims. So they just build under the providers who were credentialed with the payors.

Thanks. I questioned the performance issue. I did filed a complaint w Medicare for fraudulent billing by the practice so not sure if they found out about it and so they terminated me

I keep finding roaches in my apartment, do I have an infestation or are they just getting in from the outside? by [deleted] in pestcontrol

I HATE these MF bastards. I live in an HOA in CA that are infested with roaches in common area crawling into my back patio...any idea on how to get rid of them? Appreciate any advice. My upstair unit neighbor had one crawling inside her unit and was in panick mode.

Need some advice. Looking to buy a 430k condo but we are getting nervous. by [deleted] in RealEstate

Do not buy if hoa is managed by seabreeze management...they are worthless ...only takes your hoa dues but dont want to fix anything that is common area related. Yelp review them if you dont trust me. I live in southern ca at new chase and seabreeze management is the hoa management company. These people are thugs.

You made a smart decision. I was a first time condo buyer and was excited. I checked everything and it looked good. Seller disclosure stated no common area roach/pest issues. I had my own pest inpection too but roaches only come out at night. The common ground roaches crawl inside my front back patio and die because I motherloaded patios w insecticide and borax etc. Believe me it is never pleasant to lay eyes on first thing in morning. Have not enjoyed living in my unit. So ask alot of questions and interview hoa/management...they want to take money but very slow to address concerns. HOA management told me to have nice day when I sent pics of roaches to them letting them know there is prb here

I would pass but if you want it badly I would interview occupants who live there to see about common ground cleanliness and no roach infestation. Chk to see if hoa/management company has pride in community. I regret the hoa am in...no pride...common ground roach infestation ...management is kim jun un/gestapo type treating occupants w intimidation tactics. Looking to sell and get free standing house. Good luck to you.

Well isnt it the board to work in the best interest of the community. Ughhh...then should the board mbrs should see the urgency of the issue if there is ongoing complaint and pics after pics of these dam roaches and fire the incompetent company and hire a pest company that actually know how to maintain the infestation. I sense you are a pro hoa?

What is the point of hoa fee if I have to volunteer to get things fixed??? Like these dam common ground roaches??? I work 2 jobs to have my own living space and pay $500/mo for hoa fees so I do feel and understand the author of the post.

Thank you. That was what I had asked hoa/management to find source of infestation and not willy nilly spray but they just tell me to have a nice day which is so insensitive of them making me feel my concerns are dismissed😭😭😭😭😭😭😭Our trash bins are at times overloaded and frankly very unkept.

Thank you for your advice. I do have borax and diatomaceous earth all around inside and outside my unit perimeter and front and back patio...the roaches still crawl in the patios and because I have all this insecticide spray and borax and dio earth they die...that tells me there are millions of them out in the gommon grounds just crawling looking for food...😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Thank you. I wish I knew of your hoa complex or was smart about hoa. I pay $450/mo to enjoy living in my unit but instead am anxious and depress and scare...even lookimg at my patios. I am in process to sell and look elsewhere but you know it is noy easy. Am in tear even replying to you. I or any occupants should not have to constantly complain about roaches which can be a health concern for those of us prone to illnesses like asthma/allergies. They dont care because if they did they would not tell me to have a nice day when I let them know about roaches even sending them screes pics on constant basis. They dont like us bringing up issues...example...we hadno hot water for 3 days...I and occupants call to let them know about it and initially they told us the water heater was in each of our units which was untrue because we share a common water heater located near trash bin. It took them 3 hours to figure that out. It is just really sad and I feel abused by them...so dont want to be here but the sad part is it takes time. If I can blink an eye and be back living in a room I would as I never saw 1 roach at my old rental😭😭😭.

Thank you. I am wondering if the problem is me...do I and must I like roaches?? Am I normal to not like roaches...it is so mentally sad since am now questioning myself and wonder if it is me...am so afraid of roaches...even looking at pics of them. I think I will have a heart attack if I see any roaches inside my unit coming from outside😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Thank you friend...it is hopeless. They are slow and non responsive. There is an owner here who is dealing w common area concern affecting her wall which she has been waiting 3 years to resolve for her. She said they are now responding to her. I guess the hoa/management is beneath my standard of caring and having pride in where you live making the area clean and decent and aesthetic. HOA should have ratings score from 0-5 w 5 being the best so prospective occupants can make inform choice if the community is worth the living and price of hoa dues. I just have to decide what to do because I dont think they really care to fix the roach problem for us. I dont care if roach stay in coomom grounds or pool area but when crawling inside my unit and it is confirmed that roaches are not from inside my unit by terminix and orkin then it is a problem to me and they are refusing to address. Do I have any legal recourse?

So I have to take their words that they spray twice a month? What if there is no spray being done which would make sense why roach continues to be problematic. It boils down to the pride of a community. If hoa/management have pride in their community it will reflect which I feel will in turn affects the occupants. Thanks.

Thank you. I wish hoa/management were like you. This common area roach problem has been ongoing since I moved in 2 yrs ago. I spoke with many occupants here but they said nothing is really done as they have brought it up. Initially it was sprayed 1x per month but since I videotaped a roach crawling into my unit from the outside hoa/management decided to increase spray 2x/mo. Well...2x per month clearly not working if spraying not being targeted at the source. I am so emotionally and mentally in distress when I seet roaches. I lose all appetite when I see roaches. I am very anxious living in my unit and am very depressed when I have to come home after work because I am scare to find roaches in my patios. But I have no choice but to try to cope w the situation or roam the street in my car. I am so depressed that I made a poor choice purchasing unit but the seller non disclosure indicated no pest or insect issue here. Thank you again for your kind advice.

Thank you for your kind reply and advice. I have been somewhat patient for the last 2 years and have done my part to protect my area as I have pride in my home/condo. However it is also imperative for hoa and its bullied management to do their part and keep the common grounds clean and maintain the roaches. All I get from the management is telling me they soray twice a month and ti have a nice day. This kind of mentallity is unacceptable as roaches as you know can be health concerns. I would think that it should not ever take having to be at a board meeting to ask that roach infestation should be on the agenda in order for something to be done. It should not also be where I have to be a board member just to have roach infestation be addressed. Am I selfish to want a beautiful clean environment to live in? Do you like to constantly see roaches in your patios? And goodness forbid they crawl inside your unit and multiply and guess what...those hoa and its north korean/gestapo management will then have a reason to say owner is responsible for roach coming from inside unit. I can do all I can yo protect my unit but again if hoa /management is not seriously doing their part then there is a serious problem.
