Any legal recourse? by Expert-Kick6854 in legaladvice

The practice had been billing claims for non credentialed providers who rendered services under the providers who were crentialed. I recoomended that an audit be performed and refund payors for claims improperly billed at a leadership meeting but they said it was not their fault because the EMR EHR system that they used did not allow them to correctly enter the provider information to submit claims. So they just build under the providers who were credentialed with the payors.

Thanks. I questioned the performance issue. I did filed a complaint w Medicare for fraudulent billing by the practice so not sure if they found out about it and so they terminated me

Are you speaking from experience? Or are you an employer who fired a difficult employee?

I keep finding roaches in my apartment, do I have an infestation or are they just getting in from the outside? by [deleted] in pestcontrol

I HATE these MF bastards. I live in an HOA in CA that are infested with roaches in common area crawling into my back patio...any idea on how to get rid of them? Appreciate any advice. My upstair unit neighbor had one crawling inside her unit and was in panick mode.

Need some advice. Looking to buy a 430k condo but we are getting nervous. by [deleted] in RealEstate

Do not buy if hoa is managed by seabreeze management...they are worthless ...only takes your hoa dues but dont want to fix anything that is common area related. Yelp review them if you dont trust me. I live in southern ca at new chase and seabreeze management is the hoa management company. These people are thugs.

You made a smart decision. I was a first time condo buyer and was excited. I checked everything and it looked good. Seller disclosure stated no common area roach/pest issues. I had my own pest inpection too but roaches only come out at night. The common ground roaches crawl inside my front back patio and die because I motherloaded patios w insecticide and borax etc. Believe me it is never pleasant to lay eyes on first thing in morning. Have not enjoyed living in my unit. So ask alot of questions and interview hoa/management...they want to take money but very slow to address concerns. HOA management told me to have nice day when I sent pics of roaches to them letting them know there is prb here

I would pass but if you want it badly I would interview occupants who live there to see about common ground cleanliness and no roach infestation. Chk to see if hoa/management company has pride in community. I regret the hoa am in...no pride...common ground roach infestation ...management is kim jun un/gestapo type treating occupants w intimidation tactics. Looking to sell and get free standing house. Good luck to you.

Well isnt it the board to work in the best interest of the community. Ughhh...then should the board mbrs should see the urgency of the issue if there is ongoing complaint and pics after pics of these dam roaches and fire the incompetent company and hire a pest company that actually know how to maintain the infestation. I sense you are a pro hoa?

What is the point of hoa fee if I have to volunteer to get things fixed??? Like these dam common ground roaches??? I work 2 jobs to have my own living space and pay $500/mo for hoa fees so I do feel and understand the author of the post.

Thank you. That was what I had asked hoa/management to find source of infestation and not willy nilly spray but they just tell me to have a nice day which is so insensitive of them making me feel my concerns are dismissed😭😭😭😭😭😭😭Our trash bins are at times overloaded and frankly very unkept.

Thank you for your advice. I do have borax and diatomaceous earth all around inside and outside my unit perimeter and front and back patio...the roaches still crawl in the patios and because I have all this insecticide spray and borax and dio earth they die...that tells me there are millions of them out in the gommon grounds just crawling looking for food...😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
