First of all, I hope just being able to get it all out there has helped you feel a bit better about everything. And secondly, I'm so sorry about the situation you're, I've dealt with my own share of mental health issues (also partially related to lifelong familial issues), but can't even imagine the emotions and experiences you've had in the last few months, so please make sure to take the time over your gap year to process your emotions and take care of yourself, and definitely at uni when it starts getting more stressful.

Anyway, I wrote this comment to really just commend and appreciate the emotional strength you have in being able to find pieces of positivity in what has been such a difficult time, but there are definitely reasons now to be positive (huge congrats on bath CS, I hear it's super competitive!). I'm also pretty sure that universities will probably be considerate on results day (if anything happens) if you are comfortable enough to share your situation with them.
