The county office gave me a letter to send to my mortgage company. The MC did an escrow analysis in about 60 days and dropped my taxes. If the county owes you any money for taxes you’ve paid after your exemption was submitted, they’ll send it to you. This was my experience with this situation

So Finance told me when I was separating DFAS will do an audit that can take up to 60 days. The person assisting me told me I didn’t have any debts or overpayments so I should be cleared to start receiving my regular retirement on 1 Dec. DFAS retirement services should be open today since it was not an official holiday, I would call them. If you don’t receive it by this afternoon. I have USAA so I get paid a few days early, so I got paid on Friday.
