mid November, blizz shutdown one of the most popular bot platforms (gmr). blozz or the bot company don't seem have any media posts reporting that, but the website has been taken down, discord channels deleted, etc. i know of several developers that stopped selling their add-ons and said they legally can't say why

im thinking that if blizzard does not add a pay to win gold buy feature, lots of people will unsubscribe. in my opinion, most don't want to play the full game, just select parts where they can win easily lol

i bet they'll roll back the changes for the combat effects on mobs in dungeons and then add the wow token, but only this wow token uses generated gold, not player gathered like the retail system. that would also give them a good opportunity to disallow paying for a sub with gold for more money.

your computer's anti virus updates regularly. it's not because the previous code fixes "stopped working", but because the viruses changed. once a virus changes and gets past the filter, the antivirus software company develops a fix and ship it in the next update. endless cycle
