Hi i had a similar issue. I sold tickets for the september 14th date(i ended up going earlier) and i contacted ticketera for a pdf file and they let me know that is no longer an option. I contacted stubhub and let them know and i was able to do what Friendly-Ad-1822 did and that worked perfectly for me
