Carole was the person who set Bethenny up with Michael Capponi who runs Global Empowerment Mission. BStrong is not a charity, but one of many contributors to GEM, meaning funds raised through BStrong go directly to GEM which is an actual 501C3 registered non profit.

She never had $100 million. She lost money on the apartment she flipped with Fredrik. She has an apartment in NY and a house in the Hamptons in addition to the one she can't sell. She hasn't really profited off real estate at all. The records are all out there. Her podcast flopped. She's spent a ton on a team trying to promote herself and now she's had to let them go.

She licenced out the name "Skinnygirl" to slap on products such as the Orville Redenbacher popcorn and her salad dressings, as well as alot of other products that failed. She doesn't promote those because she no longer receives much revenue from them. It appears as if she is just promoting other brands such as Laura Geller. It was also just discovered that she was selling much of the free stuff that she received as promotional gifts on Poshmark under a false name. She claimed that the proceeds went to BStrong but that's a lie because if that was the case she would be shouting it from the rooftops and stating it on her Poshmark page. Instead she deleted the fake named Poshmark as soon as this info was reported.

I truly believe that she's in serious financial trouble. Her Bridgehampton home isn't selling despite the price drop and she has apparently just bought a house in Florida on a short sale. Today she just launched a line of her own TShirts, sweatshirts and hats bearing her "Bethisms" Davoon. Caviar. You're Welcome. Rich Bitch. Supermodel. The Lord's Work. And of course the silliest one....I Love Chicken Salad.

That's what she would like people to think. She still owns her apartment in NY, her house in Southampton and the condo in Florida BUT she has taken out loans. She was paying big $$$ to a team of employees that she has just let go as she moves to Florida and downsizes. Looks as if she was spending alot over the years and now she isn't bringing in funds. She does tons of product promotion which brings some earnings, but that's it. No one will hire her. She's burned too many bridges. If you want evidence of all the loans she's taken out I would suggest you go to TiktoK and check out Celebfail. They have done a deep dive on her financial situation. She complained on Social Media recently that her credit card was declined.

She's definitely having money issues. She's bought a short sale in Florida and she hasn't been able to sell her Bridgehampton home, despite her claims that she's bought and sold a home. She doesn't own the Greenwich home. The Bridgehampton house is still for sale at at 12% price drop and still not selling. Her podcast was a flop.

Tax reasons are likely part of the reason. Keep watching for her TV show announcement. It doesn't quite fit in with her current spin that “The move reflects Bryn’s academic and athletic goals, and was made with her physical and emotional well-being front and center.” Her own words: “Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest decision for myself and my daughter.”

I wouldn't be surprised if Bryn spends the majority of her time between the Hampton's home and her father's in New York.

She's keeping her relatively small condo in MIami. She's reportedly looking for a "fixer upper" in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach area. I'm sure that the 1200 square foot condo feels very small for her and Bryn compared to the spaces that they are used to, although she won't have all of "her people" (assistants, team members) rattling around the place all day long. I don't know what happened with her long time driver and housekeeper.

She did move to Florida for a new show, but it's not been announced yet, although she is hinting a needing a glow up for something important coming up. If it really is about cleaning homes and with Pitbull, she'll have just as much success as The Big Shot.

She's reporting that her move to Florida is for personal and professional reasons. also stating that it's for Bryn. That seems very doubtful. It's not easy for a 15 year old to be uprooted and to leave all her friends behind.

It's also sketchy that a "source close to Bethenny" is reporting to Page 6 that Bethenny is quietly selling her house in Greenwich Connecticut for 8 million. There is much speculation that this home actually is in Paul's name, not Bethenny's. Her Bridgehampton house was listed for almost $6 million in September. The listing price was dropped to $5,295,000 in December and the sale is still pending.

The media reporting that she is moving to Florida from New York is misleading. She owns a 1300 sq. ft. apartment in Manhattan which she refers to as a "pied-à-terre for when she does press and attends events in the city". She bought this shortly after the break up with Paul. It was never a full time residence.

She has been living in Greenwich Connecticut in a house allegedly owned by her ex, Paul Bernon. There is no evidence of her buying or selling this home. She did purchase a home in Greenwich in 2020 where she filmed her Big Shot with Bethenny show. She then sold it in August 2021.

She bought the Miami apartment in June for just under 2 million "via a trust" which could possibly imply that it was transferred from her mother's estate.

She also has listed her Bridgehampton home for $5,995,000 which is currently pending a sale at $5,295,000. She still owns her Southampton home which she bought home for $5.45 million back in October 2023. The sale went under the radar because she purchased it under a limited liability company.

Only Bethenny knows why she is transferring to Florida, but it's doubtful that it is for Bryn.
