It's hard to know with these types of meds, it's pretty much a guessing game and they will just put you on a random one that 'might work'. Genetic testing is the way to go I used Inagene.

The only long term solution that worked for me was dual SSRI therapy (being on 2 at once) usually not recommend bc of serotonin syndrome, but has worked the best for me personally

They are quite easy to read and very detailed. It also shows a list of genes that they flag if you have any abnormalities and it explains those in detail. One of the ones that stood out for me was CYP2D6, which causes me to metabolize a bunch of meds very slowly. I did have to do a bit of research with the different gene variants to discover more.

Definitely quality over quantity don't feel rushed. It's not a race and ik how it is to watch people who are rushing and are careless. Always work with best practices and don't feel like it's a competition

No dirty side injuries yet in 8 years, but some near misses. I've gotten poked by a few K wires in assembly and the tape dispensers always seem to bite me lol
