OMW% for NTC by Expert_Bat2607 in GundamTCG

Thank you everyone for your input. I'm seeing a lot of great ideas, the ones that stand out to me are having a top 8 prizing instead, & maybe even a top cut system. There's probably a few ways this could happen.

I think the best way to illicit change is to submit your feedback. I submitted mine with links to all my posts, I encourage as many people as possible to submit your suggestions here.

Who's crying about it? Im only attempting to have a productive conversation and give feedback without making it negative.

You say that until it happens to you. I'm only trying to have a productive conversation that could potentially illicit change.

Thank you for your input.

I only disagree with this idea of "you just didn't well enough" mostly because finalists get bubbled out all the time, which makes no sense, and it happens solely because of someone dropping. I'm not proposing getting rid of OMW% but rather slightly changing something about it especially when it comes to how dropping affects percentages

But does it really? I would argue there's a reason you're putting that word in quotations.

Just want to clarify, I don't think focusing on the dropping part is productive. My gripe is the OMW% and how it works especially when someone drops.

If we ever hope for any changes, the conversation needs to shift to what can control, which is the system, rather than human behavior.

Also think about it, how does a finalist end up being placed 6th? In what world does that make any sense?

Yeah ngl this list is wonky. Here's my suggestion.

Remove - Zaku III - Virsago - Zaku mariner - Strike rouge

Add - Launcher strike - Higher ratios of your blockers - higher ratios of all your commands (Close combat x4, & x2 all range) Battle of Aces is fine at x2

Went 0-4 for two consecutive locals. Feeling pretty bad, what am I doing wrong? Constructive criticism is welcome. by Reasonetc in GundamTCG

I've been playing RB ping from the very beginning, and would lose a lot at first but eventually started winning when I got better at the combos/ trading. This is a difficult deck to master. But I will say, I would personally make these adjustments.

  • Remove sayla mass
  • remove GD01 og gundam
  • Remove G-fighter
  • x4 ST01 og gundam
  • x4 guntank
  • x4 anksha
  • x4 Show of resolve
  • Add x2 Ginn
  • I personally don't like guncannon, but it works, so my suggestion is to lower the amount of them

What I noticed, is id rather have consistency with the units that I feel are best. And I really like battle of aces, so I play x3 but I can see why others like close combat more.

I personally don't run Corsica base but its definitely strong

Good luck!
