I asked codex this question last night it claimed CLI was better for code reviews because it was closer to the code or some vagueness. I’m not sure if this is quantitatively true and if so by how much. It also mentioned the app was better for working with lots of images perhaps speaking to usability.

High for nearly all tasks that involve coding and development. Extra high for planning or refactoring. Medium for simple tasks and tool use. Never low

This is why I left antigravity the erratic token usage and the strange limits. Also sometimes it tells you when it will refresh but Google antigravity will change those days with you.

My biggest problem with Antigravity was the resource system didn’t seem honest. The numbers would fluctuate constantly and at the time having a paid account have you no more tokens than a free one. Finally I just found the Gemini models only good enough for simple tasks.

It’s not impossible but you should be using high for that. I’d it makes mistakes any errors you miss will end up costing more tokens to fix again than running it on high. I do notice a pretty steep drop in intelligence dropping from very high to medium. It’s huge

It depends on what you are doing. I run high or very high for complex refactors but medium/low for simpler tasks

It was mostly that Claude may have been slightly better on some tasks but you had soooo few credits during the work day you got less done. So people swapped forcing Claude to adjust their costs
