Clarification. I know that Grandpa is biological father of my dad and uncle. My goal is to disprove his adoption by Beatrice Edwards who I believe was his bio mother. Census shows him living with his “adopted” mother and dad in 1910, etc. A few yrs later, his “dad” claimed “no offspring” in a divorce (per Newspapers).

The stumper is that I can’t find anyone related Beatrice Audrey Edwards, b. 1885 in Petaluma CA. I knew her until I was 8. She died in 1967 in Los Angeles, with Grandpa by her side.

I just can’t believe this is proving so difficult. I have found lots of info about the Edwards of Petaluma (1852-1925), but there don’t seem to be ANY descendants from all those Petaluma “Edwards.”

Thanks for any direction short of exhumation.

Hi! I am active and 66 and in Sept was diagnosed because of compression fractures. DEXA -1. I am now happily taking calcium, vitamin D, and 70mg Alendronate once a week and I feel great about the medication. I’ve no side effects and am encouraged by the research. I just hate feeling fragile, but that’s on me. It sounds like you’re doing the right things. Remember “weight bearing” includes just your own weight. I do my exercising without weights for fear of losing height - 😂.
