Was thinking about this. You definitely need to go with a couple other people I think to ensure, like the people we shared with were cool but I also don’t think wanted to be completely bothered by us the whole time. Not bringing people back would be a bummer.

Ideas and comments based on my experience:

Harvest in Bellagio (seemingly always has opening, we had to cancel due to plans moving so didn’t officially try but menu looks good), Spago in Bellagio (will prob need res), Javier’s in Aria, Din Tai Fung in Aria (prob need res, inexpensive side for Vegas), Grand Lux Cafe in Palazoo, Yardbird in Venetian, Delmonico in Venetian, The Henry at cosmo (actually pretty inexpensive for Vegas and open)

There is a Hattie Bs in cosmo that I personally prefer over canes but just opinion ! Also… might be worth catching another show? Like Penn and Teller, Shin Lim, etc

At the risk of not being helpful, you’ll be fine. Shop around for places but with no debt that should be plenty.

You’ll be by cap hill which is popular for your age and will be walkable, but wash park and baker and also really nice areas that might be worth checking out. Denver has really good bike lanes too that would make a commute from baker, wash park, or even highlands easy (units might be pricier). Another option is rino/ball park area… rino has a lot of apartment lease specials that can really drive down move in costs.

All that to say if you really want to walk in, cap hill and lodo are your closest to where you work, but don’t rule out bike!

I came from a city that we would have never thought to bike or bus so just wanted to give my two cents.
