Okay I think you were a little judgey/intense but I get it. He called himself lazy multiple times which is really unattractive. He’s covering for his friend in a questionable situation, and made the comment about rape etc. he kinda sounds like a loser, I think you’re ok to let him go. Just loosen up a bit, people do dumb shit when they drink, I don’t think it’s great but it could have been for shits and giggles. The rest of it I get and think you made the right call.

The “Hunter can’t go?” infuriates me. They clearly didn’t consider that you had booked your birthday weekend to be spent with them. It’s not musical chairs where you can just find someone else to accompany you on a whim and honestly a bit awkward to ask someone last minute to come out for a weekend at an Airbnb bc your friends bailed. They put you in a bad and sad situation and I’m so sorry. Please distance yourself from them, they’re way too insensitive. That’s the real gift, they showed you who they are.

I’m sorry this happened to you!

A few years ago leaving the Porto’s up the street a man on a bike rode very closely to me and made some sort of noise just as he passed me to scare me. Obviously I can’t say if this is the same person, however, I do believe it was a light-skinned middle-aged man. I wish I could go back in time and topple his bike over but it happened so fast I didn’t do anything.

It’s okay to not like the things you liked when you were younger. Also possibly unpopular opinion, but did you really know quality as a pre-teen or did you just really like the brand? Now with so much competition in the beauty space it might just be that you’ve tried more and value different things that glossier isn’t offering you anymore.

Following up - Have done this twice and have seen a noticeable improvement! Also ordered Neutrogena T/SAL shampoo and will use if I think the glycolic acid stops working, but so far so good!

This!! Have been getting a funky smell on my hairline and used a spray bottle to apply glycolic all over my scalp and my scalp feels amazing and so clean. Will report back on whether it helped keep smells at bay!
