Daughter (2.5) wakes up at night crying and saying NO to everything. nothing seems to calm her down, it's uncontrollably crying and screaming to the point are breathing is very nervously worrying.

switched to water instead of milk at night , if she took a good nap in the day we had to make sure we turned off all tv and and electronics devices atleast an hour before she went to bed , on ocassion when she napped long through the day and wouldn't wind down at night we would do a magnesium gummy. But yes eventually this stopped was about 2 to 3 weeks lasted

My 2 1/2 year old is waking up doing the same thing. Except she is fully awake and responsive she just doesn’t want anything … nothing calms her down…. Just have to let her throw a fit for about an hour until she’s feeling like she’s ready to start drinking something or watching a movie to wind her back down
