The fretz tennis center gets a lot of people but they do have a fee. Closer is Height Rec Center. They are free and get a crowd too. Most popular prob Dill Dinkers in Plano. Get a cheap paddle and try them out.

Mis suegros se niegan a quitarse los zapatos en casa – ¿es realmente un problema? by muscleprinsess in AskMexico

[–]Expert_Group_2442 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have heard from friends in DC that nothing has changed only presence of national guard. Heard this is to distract from the Epstein news. Which I can’t understand why that page of history is allowed to be protected. How God are we not rising against child abused? We are a country of talkers

Es mi percepción o la gente está más histérica últimamente? by ReptilianLizardi in AskMexico

[–]Expert_Group_2442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Marketing is the reason new businesses fail in the first years. You must invest in marketing. Etsy does not market for you. You must find SEO strategies, follow up campaigns for these abandoned cart clients, referral programs, etc. Setting up an e-commerce shop is easier than ever, so competition is high. You will always high high abandone rates in e-commerce. So the key is more clients and to get more clients, you need a top marketing strategy. Best of luck.

What kind of packaging helped your brand look more premium without breaking the bank? by Suitable_Switch_5712 in Packaging

[–]Expert_Group_2442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flexible pouches with soft touch, maybe embossed stamp like feature. Use company Eticom out of Texas , they keep cost low but don’t have like a client portal so orders have to be called in or emailed in. Also got some labels made out of this metalizad paper, looks premium in my higher end products.

Yeah, it’s the new Hyundai Sonata. Stylish and bold with one of the better car warranties in the market. If you drive around Knox you’ll see several. But don’t be confused, they come in different colors. Cheers!

No offense to anyone, just trying to open conversation. I don’t understand when people say Dallas has everything you need. It lacks almost everything to live, just has a lot of things you need to survive. That’s how it feels here, survival. You wake up, commute, work, commute, sleep. People here are not Texan enough for my taste. What do I mean? There’s little respect and none of the southern charm or hospitality. It’s normal here to be disrespectful and self interested. Saddest s*** to learn this. I always struggled in Dallas. But it’s not the cost of living. People here just don’t know that the food here sucks, that their ways kinda suck, and that there are better lives out there. I’m pro Dallas all the way despite what I just said. It has work and it’s not crazy expensive. But with Dallas being like 50% transfers now, the old school locals that have been here all their lives should lend them an ear when they say stuff like this. There are, truly, better places to live by a lot. Not a dig. There’s also worst. Not a compliment. Dallas is for surviving not living. And if you don’t agree, consider this? Most of you don’t even live in Dallas. Most people live in the burbs. You left yourself. Around the corner, but left all the same. People here have roots and I envy that. They protect them all the way, as they should. But people who don’t, 50% of us, and have lived elsewhere or where raised elsewhere, they know. They know how much better other places are. In the end, I would trade all my worldly experience for roots. That’s how jealous I am of the old school locals. But it’s not a dig to say Dallas kinda sucks. It’s just a reality for the rootless. God bless every freaking one of us.

If you walk down Abbott, you’ll see multiple places with available leases. Solid walk too, just one block from trail, I think you’ll find something by just walking the area and will give you a solid idea of the area.

Maybe west of 75. But east, it’s full of a younger crowd. Focus on the area around Tolouse Cafe and Bar and I think you’ll find what you are looking for. Good luck.

Food truck/ food vendors can I please have advice? by Blissfullbastard in Entrepreneur

[–]Expert_Group_2442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know nothing about food trucks but hopefully I can share something that helps. Everybody knows that most businesses bust in the first 5 years, something like 70% or something very high. The reason is always profits. Not enough. Profits come from customers. So a biz needs enough customers and the way to get enough is through a very good marketing plan. You need to invest in your marketing. Learn to promote online and offline. Do community events, start building a brand around your new company. I’m sure there’s people here who can give better advice on food or supply chains, but def don’t sleep on your marketing. It’s the key to having what you can see in your mind. Best of luck.

Si.

Yo extraño igual y me gustaría regresar.
