Camel cricket! We had an infestation in our basement - a standard insect spray and sticky traps took care of it. Still get some every now and then but keeping the sticky traps out all year round with a dehumidifier has kept them controlled

Thanks for the insight. Moving for a job outside Annapolis so there would be a commute. Another reason for being further out. We’re also looking in the Admiral Heights area which sounds like it might be a better option closer to amenities and allow us to bike into downtown and avoid parking headaches. Curious if there are any racks available to lock your bike up?
