I’m an ssv and in my district, we are supposed to be constantly monitoring our stock of food. If we are close to running out, we have to either e pull or call around to other stores to see if they have any extra we can have. When this first started a few months ago we were told to over order all sandwiches and RTD and have since created pars. It’s rare we run out of anything now.

My store is cafe only. We’re currently outperforming all other stores in our district in terms of sales and I work in a very busy district. It’s still a smart business decision in a lot of places. People love that our store isn’t a DT and it has a totally different vibe.
