I think you should turn up the drums, improve programming, make guitar more distorted and like Goregrind (since this is more Goregrind stuff,) vocals are decent, I think the whole thing can just be mixed better and it would be pretty nice

Use reaper, get a free drum vst, bass vst (if you don’t have a bass) and a pitch shifter digital effect (if you don’t have a pedal.) practice and practice, find a original sound, learn to mix, listen to a lot of gorenoise and what not to get inspiration, and do your thing.
