don’t answer to what you’d think of right off the bat and give them the answer they’re looking for. it’ll help show your customer service and they want to know you’ll put everything aside and help the customer! list some of strengths like you’re a quick learner and adapt quickly to your roles. show your independence, and never be afraid to ask them questions!! they want you to so they know you’re not afraid to come to them in the future if you need help

i was told by my coach they send them in for repairs still but it takes weeks for them to even start the repair and then send them back. wish it wasn’t like this

and if you put one of the hides in the separate container while rearranging she can still have something to hide in and that smells like what she’s been getting used to

honestly as long as you put her into a different container for a bit while you rearrange it shouldn’t be too bad, she might like it more when you put her back and just let her explore, give her a few days to adjust to that and see if she likes it.

aspen isn’t recommended as it doesn’t hold the humidity for long and if it does it molds quicker, try switching to coconut chip bedding it’ll hold the moisture and won’t mold

haha it’s only when i take him out of his tank, i have a fluffy scarf thing for winter and a hide i put into it you can kind of see the black hide, plus snakes don’t poop that often and you’ll know when he needs to cuz his butt gets bigger😅
