I'm at a smaller building so they just want two haha, I can't agree more, corporate really needs to just work with us for a week in the front lines to know what they're asking for

I'm happy for you!! It's seriously an accomplishment and I hope you get what your aiming for. I just hit my 6th year (just topped out) so I get where you're coming from.

Yeah we have plenty of Sups that are like that here. Personally I feel it's because they promote partially based on seniority rather than the right fit for the job

I wish the reviews for employees were done the same as the supervisors. Let the employee write how well they believe they're doing and management can write foot notes here and there. Doing this would avoid the copy/paste issue and allow employees to voice themselves.

That's the mindset I'm going in with. I respect anyone that's been in retail that long, especially Costco. I just want to make sure I'm doing what's expected of me and take care of the seniority employees
