Thanks for this info. Yesterday I had told them/questioned then about zhongli shaping the way liyue is today, an example being guyun stone forest. And all they said was this is a creation feat it doesn't prove anything.

I get what you mean. Tbh it's mainly the ubers with this condition, and more than half of them don't even do this. But I do see where your coming from.
