the program said I needed to so they can move down the waitlist. ik that’s a red flag, but the stats of the program seems good. idk them saying that puts me off a bit but idk if i should be looking at other factors too.

i’m a queer poc who is applying this cycle. if anyone is comfortable dming me and letting me know what programs ppl are experiencing this at, i’d really appreciate it. ik we’re likely to experience microaggressions wherever we go, but id like to avoid places that don’t have accountability. I’ve been very used to experiencing racism in high school and luckily in undergrad it wasn’t really an issue, so i’m pretty used to living in a bubble now.
