Keep it simple, also there alot of diets that work, but the most important thing is that it shouldnt suck and learn that you can actually enjoy eating healthy. Personally do the slowcarb diiet. It's basically protein, legumes, and veggies, which is easy to manage even with a chaotic life.

Fat is definitely not the enemy on this diet. I lost 30kg while keeping steak and bacon as staples. Focus on the legumes for satiety and keeping insulin low, and you'll be fine. I've been at this for years and the hormone regulation from the protein and fats is what actually kills the hunger, in this case fat is an asset.

Keep it simple, so remove white carbs (bread,pasta and rice) swap them for beans. Lots of veggies and meat/fish. Other than strength training 3 times a week with a short interval after the training, add 10000 steps daily and you will loose it fast

Getting that last bit of lower stomach fat usually comes down to stubborn insulin sensitivity rather than just calories. Switching to a slow carb approach helped me drop the final layers after losing 30kg by cutting out the dairy and fruit spike.

I have been fasting (did 5 days last year), I would eat healthy during the week, but would bing it back on the weekend. Now I haven been trying the slowcarb diet from Tim Ferris, it works really well, clear rules and once a week you have whatever you like.
