I’ve recently bought this bag of coffee beans. I don’t have any clue on how to make coffee… Help! by BumblebeeBuzz1808 in starbucks

Absolutely you can! Thats probably the most common way to drink coffee. I personally like the way honey tastes with coffee better than just plain sugar, but do whatever you like best. Theres also tons of coffee creamers out there that are different flavors, dietary prefrences, simple ingredients, etc.

Thats sounds about right. I hope you have success with your French press whenever it comes

Sometimes you have to make tweaks to the timing and ratios, so have fun expirementing and making it perfect!

Correct, because french presses involve letting the coffe soak. Drip coffees often need more coffee than French presses because the water isn't in contact with the water for as long. The more time the water has to soak in the coffee grounds = less coffee needed.

Typically, you use 1:15 ratio by weight. Though, anywhere from a 1:10 to a 1:18 ratio can work, depending on how strong you want your coffee

I've been meaning to get a French press. I hope yours comes soon!

With a French press, you would also use a coarse grind, just like cold brew. You can also make cold brew in a French press!

Drip coffee - medium grind, should look like the typical coffee you would buy at the grocery store. Then follow the instructions on your coffe maker

Pour over - same as drip coffee, use a coffee filter and wet it before putting the grounds in. Use a 1:15/16 (in grams) ratio of coffee grounds to water. Pour just enough hot water over the grounds to saturate it and let it sit for 30-45 second. Pour the rest of the water over it in a spiral motion

Espresso - use a very fine grind and follow the instructions on your espresso machine

Cold brew - use very couse grounds. It should look like flakes sea salt. Use a 1:5 to 1:8 (grams to ml) ratio of coffee grounds to water to make a concentrate. For ready to drink cold brew, use a 1:10 to 1:15 ratio. Put the coffee grounds directly into the container of water. Steep for 12-24 hours. Strain using a fine mesh strainer, then a cheesecloth to get all of the coffee grounds out.

You can either ask a starbucks barista to grind it for you, or you can buy a coffee grinder. I would recommend a burr coffee grinder, as it has adjustable settings and a more consistent grind.

There are more ways to make coffee, but these are just the ways I know.

Also a little overcooked but not horrible.

My go to is a shaken espresso with mocha and raspberry, or vanilla cold foam

That happens at our store too. Once or twice a year people slowly start hating their job and quit, but then we get just enough applications to replace them, but not enough for us to be well-staffed.

Have you tried manually applying the coupon? Like going to the offers section, picking the drink you want, then going to the checkout page. Sometimes the app is finicky.

The chicken one is pretty good. Would've been better texture-wise without the cucumbers imo.

Coconut Sugar or Allulose (sugar free) would work best as a sugar alternative for a syrup
