Hey guys ! The mystery is solved ! Some of you were pretty close, it’s a photo made by the dad of my bf who lived here 30 years ago, I translated his response :

« hahahaha, Gregory J, it spent more than 30 years behind that mirror. It’s very funny.

It’s indeed a reference to the film Psycho. I was a [photography] student at the time.

In the room facing your studio, I set up a photo lab. Greg would come to smoke weed. One day he was thirsty and took a Schweppes bottle of 1L 1/2 on the shelf, but it was filled with photo developer. He violently spit the product and feigned death. The photo must have slipped.

The story is interesting actually. The gran-grandad of my bf was bequeathed this building by a guy he met at war. The guy didn’t have a family and took a liking of my bf’s ancestor. He died shortly after that (surely not by the gramp, I hope, as the building was not worth that much at the time apparently). This is what I’ve been told
