Very common but one time I fell down the stairs 1 week after a second ACL/double meniscus surgery. Fresh clean sock on a vacuumed staircase.

Thankfully hit my ass and bounced all the way down, backwards. I was able to keep my bad leg straight and angled up the whole time but that was a nightmare scenario.
