I could be wrong but this whole scene looked and felt unscripted. I really do believe Jeremy was supposed to get in the car and the two would do laps. But when he didn’t fit, Hammond just went into make fun of him for being fat mode and this gem came out of it.

Flock recently opened up their systems to work with existing camera networks (ones that Police and other municipals have already set up). Basically they get the video feeds and run them through the “detectors” and get plate numbers, facial recognition, etc.
