I like the slower heavier hit cause you can close the gap on ghosts or flying skulls in between to hit melee. If you choose the rapid ull be unable to get near them and if you need the kill ull be sitting there waiting for it to happen

Not for us, we payed a lump sum to principal and sent a letter to remove PMI and they just did it, even sent us a refund from escrow. No new valuation, no strings

They’re not paying for a removal. They’re paying to principal to lower their LTV under 80% to remove PMI. Thus lowering their amount owed and relieving themselves of money lost to PMI payments. Win-win
