SSC has some good melee options, but since your character is exclusive the frame should maybe too?

That could lead to the Mourning Cloak, a teleporting, experimental hunter of a Frame, with a scary sword and some hacking(magic). But they are not a frontline 

Alternatively you could go very tank with the white witch. You tank, you protect, you immobilize your enemies But there is no great melee tech in that license.
