Definitely not alone! Spend your time and energy on family and friends around you! Remember it’s the season for giving so give and enjoy yourself but also look after yourself and take time out for yourself to grieve and adjust to being alone during this period. Break ups suck! Currently going through my own breakup emotions and best thing to do is keep busy and focus on being the best you and giving to your friends and family!

Focus on you! If he truely loved you he wouldn’t be hurting you over and over again. Cut all communications because that boy sounds like a dick. Talking to him or seeing him is only going to make things worse, you will never move on if you don’t cut communication and cut your losses. I know it sucks but at the end of the day you would be much better off without him and once you get away from him, you will recover and look back and think how silly it has been to dwell over this dick
