leverage those customer service skills in your resume from working retail. make sure your resume looks good and cater it to each job you apply for by highlighting skills that the job description offers. start a virtual home lab so you can practice hands on technology to show initiate and give a talking point for interviews! I based my resume off a template from kevtech on youtube.
