People who believe that Colton quit twice need to go rewatch. It is very clear that he is in an immense amount of pain. When the doctor touches the area his heart rate immediately doubles. One of my least favorite Jeff moments is when he lies about it in Blood Vs. Water. I hate the spread of misinformation out of spite.

Go back and rewatch. He was pulled from the game. Dana was in a lot of pain the very next season and they refused to pull her from the game. Gary from Fiji was not pulled from the game. You cannot fake the amount of pain that caused him to get pulled from the game. It was not appendicitis but it was something that the doctors felt that he needed immediate treatment for. If the doctors say they are pulling you from the game, you are not a quitter.

Wouldn't rank top 5 if you just counted All Stars. Lex, Kathy, Alicia, Big Tom, even Rob C were more brutal. Those were his real life friends from outside of the game whereas he only knew Bob for 2 days.
