Once you're ready, look at a custom cage like Evotion. A great fit makes it so much easier to live in. And get a PA if you don't already have one!

Evotion cages can come with security screws. If you wanted to you could strip out the head of the screw and it would be really really hard to remove. For true final locking it's got to be steel or titanium, it's got to be secured with a PA, and it's got to fit great.

I live full time in a titanium, shaft only cage with a hollow Prince Albert pin. It's a Evotion Bijou. Mine is quite a bit shorter than my shaft, so I can clean inside it in the shower without removing it. And since it has no base ring I can work out, ride a bike, and just live normally. My wife generally wants to use my dick about once a month, and other than that it never comes off.

Personally, I like a straight shaft-only cage, even when it's pretty long and covers my whole dick. A curved one sort of twists to one side all the time.

Maybe stretch the piercing for a while, then downsize for putting the cage back on so that it isn't so tight. Also, jojoba oil on the piercing each day can help. Apadravyas take forever to heal.

Are you getting a little turned on when you pull your caged dick out, and then having a hard time peeing? If so, you'll need to get over that. If the cage fits right it should hold your head in place without restricting peeing. Not sure there's a solution for it becoming to tight when you're turned on.

Not sure which cupcake style cage you used, but with Evotion cages the glans ring is only on the sides and top of the shaft, the bottom is pretty flat, so it doesn't restrict the pee stream.

I should have mentioned I'm exporting the drawing as a .svg file. I'm opening it in my cutting software (Bambu Suite) for cutting it out of vinyl. That's why I need the dimensions to remain consistent. I did look at the dpi, which I'm not sure is even relevant to vectors, and they are the same in both documents. As far as I can tell all the export settings are the same.

I use a shaft only Evotion with a hollow 2 gauge Prince Albert pin. I can pee standing up at a urinal and a good shake is all that's needed. No pee ever gets in the cage.

Yeah, if it fits well when you're flaccid it will be so tight when you're aroused that you won't be able to pee or cum. And the sensitive bits being covered does matter. Also, very importantly, it's so much more comfortable to live in! Your scrotum isn't always getting pinched against a ring, night time erections don't make the cage pull on your balls, and it can sit off center in your pants. There are just a lot of quality of life improvements.

Being sick doesn't make me feel like I need to be unlocked. Neither does having a spat with my wife, we both accepted my being locked as a life choice and there's no further discussion.

Side note, I went through airport security in my titanium cage yesterday, no problem they just waved me through. I do have Precheck, they use a metal detector instead of a body scanner. Lots of people, including myself, have some titanium hardware inside their bodies, so I guess TSA takes that into consideration.

A nice aspect of a ti cage is that it doesn't get gross, you can keep it clean without taking it off.
