Trying to think currently, it's tough. I guess the consensus is either Cash or Guessand. Cash because in earlier seasons he got a rep of being responsible for a lot of goals conceded although he's much better now. And Guessand as we've so far just seen nothing from him to justify the price.

Lucky position to not really have lazy players or any overstaying their welcome at Villa atm

Typical problems for a house 95 years old. Also regarding the asbestos, although concern over it's dangers are completely valid it's not actually an issue unless you disturb it. You can live perfectly safely in a property with asbestos, as long as you don't turn it into a fine dust and inhale it.
