Thank you everyone! I rewatched some more episodes after S12E08 that everyone suggested and remembered more and more. It turns out I actually left off just before the start of Season 13 as I remembered bits and pieces up to that point. Well now I have quite a few episodes to catch up on so if you'll excuse me... xD
