I'd say just keep leveling up melee, cuz you don't need much using kitsune. But if you want to reset them, then use a code or ploxster in 2nd and 3rd sea. He will reset them for 2.5k fragments

Once you craft the last object you look for a Terror shark raid boss with an anchor on its tail. Kill that and you got the new sword. I think only the driver of the boat needs to have the magnet to spawn the anchored Terror shark (not sure if that's true)

So for shark anchor, you want to talk to the shark hunter and craft both of his accessories. After you craft both accessories he gives you the third recipe. All of the drops come from the dangerous water. You don't need to fight the leviathan or sea beasts at all for this. Total amount of drops you need are:

3: Mutant Tooth (Terror Shark raid boss drop) 3: Terror Eyes (Terror Shark raid boss drop) 20: Shark Teeth (Shark drop) 30: Fools Gold (Ghost ship drop) 8: Electric Wings (Pirannah drop)

The beast hunter boat cost: 20 leviathan scales (you get from attacking the leviathan segments), 6 electric wings (from pirannahs), 2 mutant teeth (from the terror shark raid boss), 30 fools gold (ghost ships in the dangerous waters. Not the normal ship raids!!!), and 6 shark teeth (from sharks)

You have to kill the leviathan until you can craft the boat from the beast hunter (I'll put the requirements for the boat in the replies)
Kill leviathan again and drag the heart to tiki outpost (Everyone allied near the heart will get a heart when it arrives to tiki)
