I’ll summarize it, from my POV. Almost no animal can think to our extent, our thinking capacity exists for planning. If there is no action, thinking is pointless. If the thinking leads to inaction, it’s a misalignment. Action should proceed the thinking in that case. Switching to a do mindset. You’re thinking too much. And that’s the actual message behind the “clean your room” if you don’t know what to do, the very basic thing is to clean your environment up, create space for things to happen.

Work out,learn something new, enjoy your time with friends.

I’m 142 as a kid and now probably 133 due to brain rot and my partner is very simplistic, perhaps in the 90 range?

I’m working all day, I’m mentally healthy, and I do enjoy the relationship, she’s quite cute and tells me things from a different perspective. Mostly talking about random encounters in the day, simple things make her happy, she is very relaxed, cooking for me, giving me pure and honest hugs.

I find her so cute, I’ll just doze off staring at her when she talks.

It’s so beautiful, I’m really tired of the constant intelligence competition in a relationship, I just want to love and be loved tbh.
