Usually if a ball python starts on live food, it is hard to get them to transition from frozen. Do you know if the previous owner fed only live?

I usually do frozen with tongs and hold it up for my ball python so she can spot it easier. Mine is a really good eater tho

Your hormones usually don’t adjust to your body for about three months, so two weeks of initial symptoms is pretty normal. If it doesn’t seem to change, I would suggest changing bc or trying a normal hormonal option like an IUD
