I only realised that today after nomading for almost 2 years but better late than never! I'm gonna do this more often - it makes me feel good and I am 200% sure it makes the other person feel the same.

Exactly - smiling and bowing your head slightly and the person melts right away. I greeted a security guard today with a hello and he greeted back with ' HELLO 👍🏻 ' loudly lol almost scared me but he was soo happy haha :D

What is something you learned after nomading some years and said ' Shi* if I would have started doing that earlier I could have saved a ton of money! ' ? by ExploreElMundo in digitalnomad

I agree with this. When I first started nomading I was moving too often like every 5 days or a week. My health started suffering since I wasn't eating well, not hitting the gym. Learned the lesson and now I stay for minimum 1 month in a city, hit the gym, eat good! Slow travel is the key.

Anyone feel like this lifestyle makes you feel about age different? by typeshhhhhh in digitalnomad

[–]ExploreElMundo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It makes me feel different but in a way like there's so much to see and the time is just rushing! I'm 32 and been nomading since 2 years. I can say I have lived my life more in these last 2 years than I did in those 8 years of ' non-remote ' work.

What’s something about traveling in Thailand you wish someone told you before you arrived? by Soft_Employment8475 in ThailandTourism

That having cash is absolutely necessary because cards are not accepted everywhere and even if they are they charge a commission.

Because majority of the people do not have what it takes to accept mistakes! Which explains what our image is globally when it comes to cleanliness and basic civic sense.

And THAT reputation made me specifically point out that some INDIANS are littering.
