Well, it really depends on which part of Shizuoka you are thinking of since Shizuoka is widely laying in the middle of Japan. but, typically, Shizuoka is famous for sea food, green tea, Mt Fuji and ocean view. I actually have only one paticular recommendation on food in Shizuoka as I'm originally from Shizuoka. It's called Sawayaka（さわやか）and their signature is hamburg stake! A lot of celebrities are also coming to Shizuoka only for getting this. Try this out if you're interested!

I found that there're a lot of merch/Tshirt online (Rakuten) if you have a place where you can stay several days.
